As levies fall due every three months, we have streamlined our unique service to upgrade the outstanding levy debt to include the new strata fees. This means clients don’t have to continue sending instructions to us. If the debt is still outstanding, we automatically add the next levy.

If collecting a particular amount proves more of a challenge, we assess the debt give you our recommendations and if you wish we will collect the debt through the court system.

Our strata companies and real estate clients usually take a membership for, which entitles them to as many debt collections as required. It’s a cost effective option for this industry instead of paying a single debt fee every time a new debt is entered into our system. You also pay a percentage of the funds collected. This commission covers everything from sending letters to telephone calls. We always request your consent to go ahead with any extra work including tracing people who have moved and making field calls.
